Esme Steele

Esme brings a rich understanding of human performance and personal development across high-performance environments. A qualified Executive Coach and facilitator, she works across elite sport, business and the public sector to help individuals build self-awareness, adaptability and leadership presence, drawing on her MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology.

She began her career in the NHS, supporting individuals facing a wide range of mental health and lifestyle challenges, an experience that shaped her commitment to helping people develop resilience and thrive in demanding environments. Esme has since worked with Olympic and Paralympic athletes, currently supporting GB Hockey and previously GB Judo as a Senior Performance Lifestyle Coach with the UK Sports Institute. She coaches athletes through high- pressure transitions, including entering elite programmes, navigating intense performance periods and planning for a meaningful future career beyond sport.

With extensive experience coaching and researching Gen Z and emerging talent, Esme is particularly focused on preparing the next generation for leadership and responsibility. She helps people and organisations navigate complexity with confidence, creating environments where individuals can perform at their best and thrive.
